Desert Lavender Tea

                                     Desert Lavender Tea  5 1/2" x 7 1/2"x 6"

The previous post described the plant, Desert Lavender, in detail and showed a vessel made using stems and segments of this plant.  That vessel was 40" tall and took hundreds of segments.  The teapot using the same wood is shown above.  You will note it's dimensions are considerable smaller.  I used a clear resin tinted lavender for all appendages and the resin grout has also been tinted to match.  This tea pot has been in art exhibits in Florida, Minnesota, and Arizona.
